Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Glam Asia app:
- Open the Glam Asia app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Deletion is permanent and immediate — once you confirm, all of your data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app — for example, you've uninstalled it or lost access to your device — you can request deletion by email instead:
Send the request from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and confirm once your account has been removed.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile — name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Booking history and in-app chat messages
- Photos and content you uploaded
- Loyalty points and any wallet balance
- Your sign-in credentials and linked authentication
What we may retain
We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to do so — for example, transaction and payment records kept for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Such records are held only for as long as the law requires and are then securely deleted. They are not used to re-identify you or to market to you.
How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are actioned within 30 days of us verifying your request. Once your account is deleted, the data described above cannot be restored.
